Your prospect sees the demo. You see the answer.

Apartee is a Mac copilot for sales demos. When a prospect asks a question, it answers from your own documents, says when it doesn't know, and stays off the shared screen.

What your team gets.

Apartee runs on each rep's Mac, and you run it for the team from one admin console.

Every rep gives your best answer.

Admins upload the product docs, security answers and battlecards once. Every rep's copilot answers from the same files, and each team can add its own.

New reps answer like your senior engineers.

From their first call, new reps get the answer and its source, and the battlecard when a competitor comes up. They learn your product while they sell it.

    Follow-up email

    Hi Dana,
Thanks for today. As promised: Azure DevOps repos and pipelines are supported, set up in Settings, Integrations (Boards isn't). On ServiceNow, I'll confirm with our team and come back to you this week…

It answers from your documents, or it says it can't.

Every answer comes from the files and docs sites your team gave it, and names the page it came from. When part of an answer isn't clearly written down, it says so. When nothing is, it tells your rep to follow up rather than invent a feature you don't have.

  1. Heard

The prospect asks. Apartee hears the question as it's said, in English, French, Spanish or German.

  2. Searched

It reads your documents. Only the parts that match the question, however long your manuals are.

  3. Answered

Up to three points to say, with the source, on your screen within seconds.

  4. Stopped

Or it says it doesn't know. The question goes to your team's Questions page, to be answered once.

Is there a ServiceNow integration?

Not in your knowledge. Don't guess: offer to follow up.

Done
Not there: it says so, and the question goes to your team.

Your prospect never sees it.

  1. On your Mac, Apartee floats above the call. One small window, on top of every app and in every Space, beside the demo you're giving.
  2. A screen share captures what's underneath. Your prospect receives the window or screen you share, and the call itself.
  3. The Apartee window is left out. macOS keeps it out of every screen share and recording, so the answer never goes to air.

What's kept, and where.

The call stays on the Mac

Speech becomes text on the Mac itself. Audio is never saved. Transcripts and recaps stay on each rep's Mac.

Your team's data, kept apart

Apartee Cloud holds your knowledge, your team's answers and usage counts, in the United States. Each file is encrypted with its own key.

Fits how your team already sells.

Next to the other copilots.

What it doesn't do yet.

Questions before a pilot.

Can the prospect tell we're using it?

No bot joins the call and nobody is asked to accept a guest. The floating copilot is left out of screen shares and recordings by macOS, so it never appears on what you share.

Is the call recorded?

No. Speech becomes text on the rep's Mac, and the audio is never saved. The transcript and the recap stay on that Mac.

What happens when the answer isn't in our documents?

It says “Not in your knowledge. Don't guess: offer to follow up.” The question goes to your team's Questions page, where an admin answers it once for everyone.

Which call apps does it work with?

Any call playing on the Mac: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack huddles and others. Apartee listens to the Mac's audio, so there's no connector to install.

What can we give it as knowledge?

PDF, Word, Markdown, text and HTML files, and docs sites such as GitBook. Not scanned PDFs, PowerPoint or Excel yet, and no Drive, Notion or Confluence connection yet.

Does it sync with our CRM?

Not yet. Each recap has a short version to paste into HubSpot, Salesforce or any CRM, and exports to Word and PDF.

Which languages?

English, French, Spanish and German, for the call and for the app.

Do we need our own AI key?

No. AI can be included for the whole team, with usage counted per person, or you can use your company's own Anthropic key.

Is there SOC 2 or single sign-on?

Not yet. People sign in with their work email. We'll answer your security questionnaire and show you exactly what Apartee Cloud stores: your knowledge, your team's answers and usage counts, in the United States, each file encrypted with its own key.

Windows?

Not yet. Apartee needs a Mac with an Apple chip and macOS 14.4 or later.

Run a pilot with your team.

We set up your organisation, you add your product documents, and your reps sign in on their Macs. After your first demos, your Questions page shows exactly what your documents were missing.
